Editorial: Managing Finances

April 28, 2015 by

Life is full of challenges, one of the biggest of which is being able to manage our finances! Turn on the news and you can be almost certain that at least one of the stories will concern someone’s money issues, even the UK is battling through a “difficult economic climate”.

Of course, no one said it was going to be easy, but at the same time, a little bit of extra help here and there would be nice. Luckily help is at hand! A new interactive infographic designed to take you through some of life’s more difficult financial stages has been revealed and is available to view below.

The graphic highlights the areas of life that are particularly trying, and provides resources to help navigate through them wiser and more financially secure. With our girls now teetering on the brink of independence and knowing these steps lie ahead of them, it’s fascinating to look back on this “Game of Life” style infographic and see what we as a couple have come through and what still lies ahead of us! (I’m very much hoping some of them won’t happen and the others are a long way off yet! There is masses of advice behind each of the buttons to help navigate minefields as diverse as preparing for a baby, remarrying and planning retirement.

Disclosure: this is a collaborative editorial post.
