Another gorgeous walk in our home from home.

Kestor is the first tor Max ever brought me to, the one that is centre if this beautiful place for me. It’s here I can look back on 20 years of loving and being loved and bringing our children to this gorgeous place.

This year in enjoying Fran learning to use a decent camera and seeing what we can achieve with different devices. This year we are both enjoying looking at Dartmoor with the eye of someone seeing small wonders.

It was another long walk, 5 or 6 miles, accomplished easily by these growing up young people who love to walk and look and drink in a place they get too little of.

We have history in this curve of river. I’m wondering if it might be a place to make special forever. I’m changing my mind about the how of something that needs doing.

We had fun. We didn’t even get lost.

The boy is gradually walking further (and we’ve discovered that if you walk him for several miles, he eats!!!)

We took more photos.

Climbed down and up through a forest with trees that watch you.
