We are actively seeking a new member of staff to join the team at our unit, where we sell toys, crafts and baby items. The unit is located in Woodston, in Peterborough.
We are looking for someone to work around 25 hours a week, 5 days a week from about 9-2 each day, though there is some flexibility in hours to suit individual needs.
The applicant needs to be happy to work flexibly fulfilling a number of roles in the unit including picking and packing orders, listing product lines on our websites and Amazon, working on product descriptions and search engine work (training given) and specifically working with our customers on a daily basis. This would include dealing with issues by phone and email, booking couriers and chasing up any issues, ensuring our customers have a personal and friendly service and feel taken care o. Additionally the job entails using our stock system (based on Excel) to keep our stock levels accurate and booking in deliveries of new stock on a daily basis. The successful applicant should have good written skills and be confident in dealing with spreadsheets (training given) and internet based systems.
