The PuddleChicks tell you why they would love us to win the MAD Blog Award for Best Family Life Blog or Most Inspiring Blog.
I have sweated blood over this as I made the stupid mistake of doing it on my phone not the flip camera. I therefore think it has lost a little in translation quality wise in the course of trying to get it on to my computer. However, if you don’t watch it and comment, I may never come back!!!
You’re a wizard!
I couldn’t have done it without you Sally! *does gwyneth paltrow*
Wonderful! Your girls are totally adorable. I was watching and Ernest hearing voices was desperate to get up on my knee and watch too. I do so hope you win, you have my vote, and I’m going to get dh to vote now too. x
Oh bless him – and thank you for voting and also pimping me on your blog. Was hugely appreciated 🙂
Congratulations on the nominations, and Good Luck!
Thank you!!!
So lovely to hear the girls have their say! You have my vote too and I am really hoping that you will win – you totally deserve it!
Just want the girls to know that seeing the way they have been educated has been a huge inspiration to me in home educating my two (Liam – age 10 and Savannah – age 8)(we’ve been reading since Muddle Puddle) and they both love looking at the blog too and often get ideas for topics and outings from seeing things you have done. We live in an area where we don’t know of any other home edders of similar ages and seeing your blog helps us to feel more normal. Thanks for allowing your lives to be shared with us, we really appreciate it.
Good luck – we are holding thumbs for you!
Nikki, what a lovely thing to say. Thank you.
Hahaha! Lovely to see you all. And well done! xx
I thank you 😉
LOL love it when Maddy says ‘I don’t really look at your blog alot’.
I already voted, but would vote again if I could. I liked the mini tour at the end and must admit your voice makes you sound very young to be the mother of such grown up girls. (If you don’t show your face, I can’t say you look too young to have such grown up children.)
Good luck! I love hearing your voices for the first time.
Love it! And good luck.
xo
Lovely, lovely, lovely!! Have already voted, hope you win. Thanks for all the inspiration and ideas. And thanks for sharing the reassuring shots of your house – tidier than mine, but plenty of signs of interesting stuff going on…
have voted. great video, your girls are adorable
well done – could have been a real “never work with kids (and animals)” moment there, but they spoke up well and responded to the odd prompts!
