One of them has special needs, of a sort that renders her in a similar physical and mental situation to my little friend Summer; she needs her mum for a long time and Heather hasn’t really been given a long enough time.
So far they’ve raised $10,000 from internet donations as small as $1, from a network of bloggers (HEers and otherwise) across the world. Chris writes eloquently and passionately about her reasons for doing just a little “giving”.
