Golly, you are popular! I’m a ‘lurker unlurking’, paving the way for other lurkers! Have bought from Bead Merrily a couple of times. So now I sound like a stalker as well as a lurker…. eeep – I promise I’m not! Anyway … *ex-lurker waves hello at name-twin Frances* xx
I’ll *scuttle* out from lurking, I visit nearly every other day!, I’ve told freinds to visit too. I have delurked now and again, mainly to ask the odd question, which has always been answered, I think the last one was on the Draw Write Now box set – which I now own and has been a great success with the kids 🙂 I’ll try to delurk more often – not promising anything mind! It takes a lot of nerve for me to delurk.
I’ve bought off Bead Merrily too, oh and I bought the muddle puddle book bags, my kids love them for their weekly library visits.
*scuttling* back to lurk again.

I wonder where those two larger clusters in the States are? Anyone think they’re from one?
Yeah, problem with free things is you egt that ‘ahh, can’t get that bot of info moment’ 🙂
Shame the map (in this free versions anyway) doesn’t distinguish between lots of visits from the same person , (well IP address I guess – me and Helen wouldn’t be differentiated), and fewer visits from more people.
Alison, my guess on the upper big dot in the States is that it reflects one IP address of a large internet provider which lists its location as “USA” which Google then places at the center of the lower 48 States. Example: maybe AOL.

I’m with Ruth on this one, it would totally freak me out to know that so many people were reading my blog that i didn’t know. It freaks me out just reading my stat counter though so no real surprise there! 😉

Like Catherine says above, I’m the same – your blog and muddlepuddle were the first things I came across when looking into home ed a few years ago, and together the two sites really inspired me and made me think, hey, we can do this. Thank you 🙂

*waves hello* I’m a sort of lurker (have posted a couple of times) 🙂 I tell you what really IS scary – I use Statcounter and get a map there too buuuut you can actually zoom right in on the little dots until you can see that actual road the dot is located in!

I’ll unlurk too then! I came to camp a couple of years ago and lurk (when I find time) on a few of the blogring blogs. I found the MP site and list really useful when I was first looking into HE. To me, you will always be Mrs MuddlePuddle. I’m too shy to unlurk too often!

I think you have done an OK job with me actually! Inadvertent on your part maybe, but I’ve picked up a few things.. wasn’t gonna actually tell you though.. I am a little sister after all 🙂 😉
I’d be interested to see lurkers unlurk on my site too but they never do.. I must attract shy people.. either that or I’m boring!! 😆
Swiss Claresays
I’m your swiss lurker!
Went to muddlepuddle first, then bead merrily, and met you in the flesh last summer at mp camp.
Frequently make my way round the blog ring, and am a serial lurker 😉 Just think that people would be more freaked if I randomly commented every now and then.
Hello, unlurking in London. (Sorry, unglamorous dot on the map.)
I come and lurk occasionally, only occasionally because did you know that Bloglines doesn’t recognise your updates? Without Bloglines I am lost.
