Thank Crunchie for that!

January 20, 2007 by

Baby Madison born in the early hours of this morning weighing 9lbs 11 (which means they actually guessed the weight by scan to the ounce!) and they are both absolutely fine!

I’ve never been more relieved in my life 🙂

Was a ventouse delivery in the end, but she didn’t have any stitches at all, which was remarkably clever of her 😉

I’ve spoken to her dh and Kate is suffering some complications at the moment 🙁 Keep fingers crossed she gets over them quickly. Greer, DON’T tell mum that.

Just had a text from Kate in person; they are keeping her in as her oxygen levels are low, but she’s stopped fainting.

Phew. I got a nasty scare this afternoon. I think i understand now why Max didn’t want me to have any more 😕

Apparently she was going to be Kaiya but there was so much water that the midwives checked to see if she was a mermaid and they named her after the girl in Splash! 🙄 😆

Kate is still in high dependency delivery unit bit but this is a considerable improvement on being in theatre with the ICU crash team standing outside 🙄 😯
