… an ebayer has just asked me if HappyMais is gluten free.
I’m not entirely sure how to answer!

erm, well it hasn’t got wheat in it, has it? Surely it is gluten free?
cornstarch… it’s more than i’m a bit concerned about eating it full stop!
I guess someone whose child has a severe wheat allergy might not want to let them play with it?
i suppose… well, at least i guessed that probably was why, but i can’t guarantee it and i doubt the manufacturers will either, because they won’t have to, with it being a non-foodstuff. Tricky.
LOL
Did you ever see the Jacqui Jackson program? One of hers took up the carpet tiles and licked them for the gluten in the glue when she put them on the gfcf diet so I imagine in a case like that you’d want to be sure! Not that I’d ever dare ask I don’t think!
I just want to ask – are your wooden cookers suitable for vegetarians??
I cannot guarantee that they haven’t eaten meat during the manufacturing process…
