A few days ago, Firefox dumped all my rss feeds and bookmarks – again. This morning, Thunderbird has dumped my entire email profile – and i can’t remember how to get it back. ARGH!!!!!!

Some periodic running and archiving to disc makes restoration a doddle.
I’ve got the file, i just can’t get it back in. I’ve done it loads of times before but it just ain’t happening today 🙁
