Seems incredible that in a civilised country it could take 6 months to get all the familes back together really. Glad they have though.
On a lighter note though, this bit made me smile; “The centre worked with the FBI, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the US Postal Service, the Red Cross and other agencies to trace the children.” it conjured up images of them posting children back in parcels, though i suppose that wasn’t quite what they meant.
What a fantastic smile that child has 🙂
