This mornings weigh-in

January 16, 2006 by

Despite cake, wine and weekend away – i managed 3lbs off in my second week. It was actually off for most of the week too (i did a few sneaky checks) so i am really proud of myself. That is 1/2 a stone since Xmas eve.

🙂 Should have done this ages ago 🙄

Cut out bread, cereal and so on. Doesn’t really bother me, i like a small amount of porridge with yoghurt for breakfast, healthy lunches, pasta, jacket potatoes etc, fruit not biscuits to nibble on, calorie counted meals in the evening of about 500calories (Max does that bit.

Basically, i’ve tightened up on meals a bit but mostly cut out nibbling.

Oh – and about 5 cups of Low cal hot chocolate a day! Just to stave off the pangs 🙂
