Cor blimey!

March 24, 2005 by

Had the Cor Blimey’s over this morning – lovely to see them, all the kids seemed to get on pretty well for a first real go, so that was good. Lovely to see you again Karen, must do it again soon. Did somewhat confirm my opinion that i wasn’t cut out for boys though – what IS all that wrestling about!?!?!?!

After that Maddy and i did her box (Heather, they both have a little wooden tray – it has a maths book, writing book and reading book in it and they do one page every day) – she spent ages on Study dog and did really well too. Fran also did more pink language, her box and finished the StudyDog level one, bar the last section. That looked quite hard and i didn’t manage to get time with her for it. Then my bead delivery arrived so they all helped with that and we got Maddy counting in 10’s with the bags full of beads! She liked that.

After that it was mainly endless playing in the delivery boxes, trains, playdough, lego, fuzzy felt, some looking at Encyclopedia’s and dressing up. Josie is a bit sleepy and sicky today for some reason.

No baby news today – i’ll blog it with the same password when there is – she phoned me this morning and sounded tired and worried and angry at it all – and somehow cheerful and resigned at the same time. I’m assuming she is still going because if the next stage hadn’t worked, i guess she would have had a section by now. Keep everything crossed anyway. I’m worried sick though, too many demons, too much to worry about.
