STAMP!!!!!

December 6, 2004 by

Makes it sound like we have all been grumpy. Which we haven’t.

Funny sort of a day really. Started off late to nursery because we all overslept but got there eventually. Then i fed Josie back off to sleep and she stayed there till 3pm – lol!

Which meant we all got plenty done. I got out Fran’s stamps with the intention of letting her start a lapbook using the reptile theme pack of them we had bought but she got completely sidetracked into sorting them into countries and spent most of the day at that, including doing a little page on Hungary with photos, flags etc on it. Found this page of Country Beady Bears which was quite fun, so we might have a go at a few of those at some point. Anyway, she was thoroughly into dividing up stamps, making sets, ordering them and finding countries, so i just left her to it. Meant i got a few jobs done, Ammi got a bit of attention and i got to chill a bit. I also managed to do cards for an exchange i am on. Ammi spent a bit of the day dancing to VH1 80’s classics – i have video but i have no idea how to show it off!!

My plans for parcelling went awry – intended to do the weekends ones as they came in but the weekend was quiet – then i had 12 large-ish orders overnight! So its been a busy evening!

Debating letting Maddy do the last two wednesdays of term at nursery if Zoe won’t be here (Zoe – come round whenever, bring C and preferably come all next week anyway! *wink* We have glitter now!) Next term my student is gonig to be fridays only anyway, so i might even send Maddy then too – not quite sure. Hm.

Managed my Letterbox and Argos Xmas shopping last night but Argos have let me down as the required Barbies are out of stock. Grumble. Just Amazon now… oh and then the rest of my family!
