I have no idea what Amelie has done to my computer but she has done something…

My email and internet will not connect at all but the computer definitely recognises the network connection is there. Max’s computer has ntl so its not that that is down. If i put the ntl cable into my computer i still have no access so its not my router to computer connection that is the problem. I’ve turned off my protection to see if that lets me have access but still nothing so its not the firewall/virus protection.

So what did she press and how do i fix it? HELP!!!!!!
