Popped Brains…

Suffering from a lack of titling inspiration here. The body thing is still causing interest which is excellent – made me laugh today that Fran spotted the skeleton had left and right numbered codes on it and used that. She’s very pleased with her cotton bud skeleton which looks great now the PVA “varnish” has dried. That was well worth doing. Today we watched a whole load of BrainPop flash things. I discovered you can sign up for a free 14 days and see as many as you like and tbh its only really the body ones we want atm, so i think we might drink our fill, as it were, and move on. We watched lots of skeleton ones, so baby ones, some brain/sleep/nerve ones and Fran was captivated, so that was well worth doing. She also spent a lot more time on the DK game and worked really hard at finding answers to the quiz questions.

Max was at home feeling poorly (and now rather glad he didn’t go away) so that changed the day a bit. We did manage to do a little bit of reading and writing but not much and Fran particularly wanted to do Webland, so i let her. I took Moo into town for a quick bit of one-to-one time and otherwise we just chilled. Fran wants to learn about Halloween and Guy Fawkes (thanks to Teddy Robinson!) so i might revamp the MP pages (they get the most hits of the whole year) and do some stuff from those with her. She wants to make “spooky pictures”!!!

Going to go off to read stories now and then sort out some paperwork and some webpage stuff. my latest baby prediction (rofl at self!) has been to find the moon phase the girls were born in to try to guess when this one will come. All the girls were born within a 5 day period at a certain phase as it turns out – which ought to mean this one comes between the 10th-15th October (or God forbid, not till the 9th November!) And yes i know its probably daft, but it amused me, okay!!! :~D I’m not sure if the idea of being tidal is good or bad!
