So…
I’m amused/perplexed/not surprised that BBC hasn’t given much airtime to the 7 year old SATS effectively being scrapped. Not in the government’s pocket at all there, are they? I suppose it would be impolite to say its just been a resounding failure…. (Link added for Ros!)
I’ve decluttered my room, sorted out the kids clothes, found all the baby stuff and separated the newborn pink to hide away unless i bring home another girl.
I’ve lost 70% of my Tots Bots nappies and i have NO IDEA where they are. Hm. There are not that many places they CAN be really, considering the recent house move, so i am baffled and deeply worried i have accidentally chucked them out.
Final job for tomorrow morning is i am going out to buy a nice pair of stretchy trousers and a nice long top to stick in my hospital bag for coming home in, so i feel nice, not wrecked and blimpy.
I HAVE to make these skirts tonight or Fran will lynch me.
Kate and i had lunch out at a pub today, it was MOST peculiar to be able to do something of that nature! S has started school now so she has time on her hands; was very interesting to discuss things about our kids and the use we make of LEA provision respectively.
Not much else really.
