Sleeping Beauty.

I don’t think there is a better title for this picture.

I think it suggests that Maddy was quite tired but what a gorgeous pose to doze off in :~)

Today was nice, to coin a word :~)

Fran and i started to learn the 5 times table for a start so we played with the Portico Table Cards, a number square and then another set of mix up sheets. She really likes those. She did a wordsearch and read a couple of books to me really nicely too. Maddy did a Hama dolphin and then asked for a wordsearch… i discovered that generator makes the key in capitals too if you type them in like that, so i made her one with MAT, SAT, CAT DOT and SAM on it and to my amazement she did it. Gulp!!!

Everyone played a lot on the new gym ball, Fran did Webland for a bit, we all went to Tesco and generally it was a pleasant day.

Topped it off nicely by going to see Harry Potter 3 with Rich which i really liked. First film to do justice to the book i thought and i loved it all pretty much. Glad i didn’t take Fran though, it would have scared her rigid. I though Lupin and Black were good, much preferred the new Dumbledore, thought Hermione was beautiful and that it was the first film where Harry out acted Ron too. Buckbeak wasn’t how i saw him but i quite liked him too and the filming and scenery was fab.
