Two new maternity tops later….

Joyce made me do it! That’s my excuse and i am sticking to it.

Sigh – i dunno – i guess i have got used to having friends who understand that having kids and being pregnant means that plans don’t always just leap up at you and suddenly canceling a date means that i now have a spare (empty) week.

And its hot. And sticky. And none of my clothes fit.

Kids have really been very good, despite being exceptionally disappointed. And who can blame them?

Fran and i did a load of new worksheet type things; nothing has been forgotten in the 2 weeks or so we had “off” and she really enjoyed them, particularly a sequencing thing. Also read a new Bob book and she did very well with some new sounds in that.

Everyone did loads of Hama, Maddy particularly doing some lovely original stuff which is the middle row, all of it self-invented. Second in is an impressionist version of a jungle apparently. Fran did the butterflies and her last one on the right is a gold tree in heaven with people around it. Lol….

Fran and i went out and bought a new paddling pool and hose so tomorrow will probably be one long rain storm! (Edit: OMG – have you SEEN the pictures of London!!!!!?????)

Finished the day with another Aesop, everyone loves those now they come from a book not a printout! How funny!!!!
