Funny really

I’ve not done anything with the kids today, due to being in a prize strop, having awful backache and not being in the mood. But they have been great, they played a succession of lovely games together, built knex models most of the day (including a very funny one of Alison and Poppy that i must post the photo of!) been out in the garden, done “experimenting” with knex spinning tops of various designs and talked very hard about African animals during a watching of The Lion King. Max has just finished off by cracking a coconut with them!

Maddy read to me again, she’s doing well that girl!
