More rushing about!

Oh this week has just been silly! We started off this morning being at Colourstrings by 9.15am. Now this was good- they all enjoyed the clapping and dancing and singing, the big girls sung back to the leader on their own and Ammi has fab pitch!!!! All requested to carry on next week anyway. Had a “little” trouble keeping Scruff off the piano….

Then we went for a walk round the park which was lovely. Of course what i didn’t know was that there was an attack there yesterday in broad daylight; Max saw it on the news this morning but didn’t tell me as we never normally go alone!

The we pegged it home, got Moo ready for nursery – she made me laugh by tellnig me the taxi driver sometimes takes his belt off- I told the escort that she had been “telling” on them and she said “She does like to keep us in order!!!!”

Fran and i then had a WHOPPER of a row and ended up with a duvet and dvd moment together to recover – ooops…. i fell asleep – did rather a lot of that today! She did spend ages doing designs with out Insets of Design though.

Went off to Speech Therapy and produced fabulous “b” sounds. Don’t have to go back till after Easter now. Then rushed about doing piffling errands. (ARGH! I hate days like this!), rushed home, bathed people and took Fran to Rainbows. Tonight we had our annual Bonus night party inhouse, with cocktail sausages (height of luxury for the kids! rofl!). We always have a pressie each for the Bonus, no matter what it is, but this year its pretty good and finally pays off every debt we have! (WOW!)

Took some nice photos today – not sure which one of Moo i like best (you can vote!)

Hm. Says it all really (ie dirty and cheeky!)

After the annual “whether you need it or not” bath!

Another one in the Moo’s asleep collection!

This killed me – its Moo’s bedtime game – and anyone in my family will really laugh – this bizarre “make a game out of a drawing pin” type behaviour is SO me!!!! (And yes, it is a tampon!)

Got a letter from our lEA today…. key phrases….

“I am very satisfied that you have and continue to give careful consideration to her programme” (Why thank you… *rolls eyes*)

“The report indicates that Fran is a very inquisitive little girl who has great enthusiasm for the subject matter she finds interesting. I am sure that B will have great pleasure meeting with you and discussing the topics you have covered and the future topics and exercises you have planned.”

Hmm… i don’t think the only educating that needs doing is Fran do you?… something tells me she is not OVER familiar with child led learning then…..
