Proud mummy moment

Arguably, depending on your point of view, this blog is either one long proud mummy moment, or a record of work. Whichever way you view it, if you wouldn’t mind me indulging in a full on proud mummy moment, I’d be grateful!

Pud hates colouring, always has. She is resistant to writing and very argumentative about doing anything “proscribed” in any way.

Little girls are “supposed” to like colouring, children are “supposed” to learn to write – so I think I have done quite well to stand back and relax about it, not force colouring etc etc.

Yesterday Pud agreed to a bit of time spent on forming letters on a line and it went really well. Last night she took to bed a kit that came in the Crayola mammoth buy… and this morning, she produced these.

Now *I* think those are pretty cool…. and more importantly, so does she!
