Doing the Parent Purchasing Penance

okay… i am a bad lady… i know it, i do, i know it. But honestly….. i couldn’t go on with pens and paper everywhere – IT NOT MY FAULT!!!!! That said, coming out of toys r us with a £25 crayola storage unit (with craft kits included!) when you only went in for a packet of crayons is a bit much.

Still – pens are all tidy now! lol!

And while we are on the subject on crayons… where the heck do they all go????? I mean – surely, we don’t actually use them down to knuckle so… where?????? Am i the only person incapable of keep crayons alive? Well – actually, on returning home with a new pack today, i did discover some of our original ones being *fumes* a BARBIE FIREPLACE!!!!

Well, what else? *fumes again*

Went skating today, the programme is now complete and just needs practice – going again tomorrow with the HE group so Moo will be able to skate too. Actually those mornings are hard work cos i want to chat and Scruff wants to skate – but she is too young- and she WAILS.

Moo went off to nursery and today Pud did more Zoombinis, then we put her Henry folder into order and laminated all the pages so she could look through it without tearing them. It looks really nice and she is ever so proud. The we made a start on her photo collage- she arranged the backing paper, picked for autumn colours (in her opinion!), arranged the photos and glued them. Tomorrow we are going to decorate it with a mixture of natural and crafty items.

Finally we did “library” and this week she picked a Bible (again!) a nativity flap up book and a lovely Barefoot Book called The Story of the First Ponsettia – a very Christmassy theme altogether…

Now they are watching Engie Bengy *sings* Engie Benjy Jollop and Dan!!!!!!

More power to his engineering elbow i say… he’s got his work cut out with the bunch of raving nutcases he lives with!!!!!
